Introduction to the Google Address AnswerType

- The new Address Answer Type can be selected from the list of available (default) answertypes when adding
answers to a question;
- it can be used on the surveyform to search/ enter and complete addresses/ locations though Google Maps;
- the selected address will also be presented on the surveyform as a marker on a map;
Installation
- to make use of the Google Address Answer Type a Google Subscription is needed in order to get a key;
