Constant Sum Sample Question - Introduction

A Constant Sum question is used to enforce and check the correct total sum of a series of (one or more) separate values. These values (scores) may be entered to rate different aspects of an object. E.g.

How would you rate the following aspects of a bottle of water?
Assign a rating [0 - 100] to all four different aspects. Total score must match 100 points.
- bottle size:
- glass color:
- water clarity:
- water taste:

On clicking the 'Next Page' or 'Submit Survey' button a "warning" message is shown if the total amount required is not matched. Untill the correct total amount is matched the survey cannot progress or be submitted.

NOTE: the Constant Sum AnswerType is not a default features of SP and can be ordered separately.
